[SOLVED] black screen appearing while playing games

When I play games (Ghost Recon Wildlands) black screen is appearing.Its being for 3 sec and then normal for 3 minutes and then again.That is when I play on monitor (connected with vga to display port). When I play on TV its not black screen. What you think?

Try going into your GPU settings and set the Scaling Mode to Full Panel, rather than Preserve Aspect Ratio.
