When i play new games the screen would turn off (black screen) and sometimes the fans go full speed, computer stays on, only option is to manually shutdown pc.
When playing 20 years old game i could see a black line moving on screen and sometimes screen would go black and then return to normal, not sure if because its heavily modded game, the same game works fine on 15yo other pc.
I suspect the gpu or psu. I took the gpu to pc repair shop, my gpu would crash there too in stress test in windows but with Linux it would not crash, wierd huh`? Repair guy said they had a another gpu just like mine with exact same problem so he suspect its a windows or driver issue.
I reset windows and updated it, cleaned drivers with DDU program and then installed newest gpu drivers which were released yesterday, problem not solved.
In the event viewer i can see Kernel error 43 61
When i do stress test to cpu and vram there are no issues.
When i do stress test to gpu and psu it will black screen in 2 seconds, anything that draws much energy will cause black screen
Temperature is normal in all components.
GPU rtx 2060 (might had be used for mining not sure)
PSU Corsair VS650 (i heard its bad)
CPU Ryzen r5 4600G
RAM 2x8 gb ddr4 (skhynix probably from some factory build gaming pc)
MOBO lenovo 3716 b550 amd (probably from some factory build gaming pc) fully updated
What is causing this and what do you recommend me to do?
Should i change the psu first?
