my system is turn into black screen when working its the problem of hard disk of mother board or any software problem?

In order to solve black screen error in windows you need to perform system restore and scan using safe mode. Follow below mentioned steps:

•Reboot your system in safe mode.
•Perform a system restore.
•Perform advance system scan with pre-existing antivirus.

In case if you don’t have an antivirus application, use another system to download a strong protection tool like Immunet Antivirus, Norton, Kaspersky, Avast, Bitdefender Antivirus etc in a USB device. When this is done, insert flash drive into infected system and reboot the system in ‘Safe mode with Networking’. Perform complete system scan. This will quarantine malicious threats present in your system.
