[SOLVED] Black screen, flickering loading cursor

So as you have read by the title, I have a problem with my pic. Whenever I start it up, it gets past my motherboard manufacturer screen (ASUS) and then the screen goes dark, when I move my mouse my cursor shows up, with a loading icon next to it that is sort of flickering.
I’ve tried resetting bios, I tried going to start up options, and to start in safemode but I can’t, when I have to input which option i want (4 or f4) my keyboard and mouse just don’t respond because they are not powered. Please help me,

Gpu Nvidia geforce 1060 3gb
Cpu Intel i3 8100
Ram Hyperx hx424c15fb3 8gb (x2)
Ssd Kingston suv500 240g
Hdd seagate barracuda 1tb

windows is installed on ssd

Before it happend, I was playing rust with some friends on discord, then my google chrome didn’t open so I typed this command (from a tutorial) [netsh winsock reset] and restarted. When I restarted this issue happend.

The ssd is three months old. I checked cable. It’s plugged it. Btw I’ve noticed I only get signal when plugging my hdmi in my graphics card, when put in mobo no signal received

thanks for your help, I found it out my windows is corrupt since when I boot from other hdd it’s fine
