Hi.
I recently built a new PC and I'm experiencing black screen flickering, where the monitor loses signal and comes back after 2 seconds. This happens randomly in games and in Windows.

Here's what I've checked and tried so far:
- BIOS is up to date.
- Nvidia driver is up to date (version 551.52).
- I've tested with different DisplayPort and HDMI 2.1 cables, but the issue persists.
- G-SYNC is on, and adaptive sync is enabled on the monitor.
- Monitor firmware is up to date.
- All connections (PSU, PCI) are secure.
- XMP is enabled, and there are no issues with games and stability. I've also run stability tests like memtest, furmark, and karhu ram test.
- I tried to update the firmware with the Nvidia UEFI firmware updater, but the issue persists. (I also have a problem where there is no signal until Windows completely boots.)
- HDR on or off doesn't make any difference.

Here are my PC specs:
- Motherboard: Asus Z790 Maximus Hero
- CPU: Intel i9 14900K
- RAM: G.SKILL 64GB (2x32GB) Trident Z5 RGB 6400MHz CL32 DDR5 1.4V
- GPU: Asus ROG Strix GeForce RTX 4090 OC Edition 24GB GDDR6X
- PSU: MSI MEG AI1300P PCIE5 1300W 80+ PLATINUM
- Cooler: Corsair iCUE H150i Elite LCD XT CW-9060075-WW 360mm
- Monitor: Samsung Odyssey G7 4K

I'd appreciate any advice or suggestions on how to resolve this issue. Thank you!

What OS are you working with this moment?

Nvidia driver is up to date (version 551.52).
Use DDU to remove all GPU drivers(Intel, AMD and Nvidia) then manually reinstall with the latest version sourced from Nvidia's support site, in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

BIOS is up to date.
What BIOS version are you on at this moment? Did you clear the CMOS after you'd verified that the BIOS was flashed successfully?
