Black screen in high resolution games

Hi
my PC was running fine but after little Accident my Display adapter got detached witch is : NVIDIAGeForceGTX1050

i shutdown my PC Re-installing the card and got new Cable and Re-installing the adapter
it's working but in high resolution games the screen keeps flashing black and some time give this error :
"The current input timing is not supported by the monitor display. Please change your input timing to 1920x1080@60hz or any other monitor listed timing as per the monitor specifications."

Please advice i need your Help

Sounds like its saying you're game is set to a resolution your monitor can't support.

the game was running more than fine before the accident
