Hello, I was hoping to get some help on an error I am having with my computer.
A few days ago my hard drive gave me a blue screen and upon further review, realized it was failing. So, I bought a new hard drive, and RAM. I purchased an Seagate 2TB Desktop HDD, as well as Crucial Ballistix Tactical 16GB Kit (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 UDIMM for my ASRock, FM288AM-HD+ Motherboard.
I put my hard drive in as well as my new RAM and upon starting my computer, my monitor stayed at a black screen. I checked the connections inside of my computer, because I noticed my RAM wasn't locked in, so I fixed that, I unplugged and replugged my monitor cord in and got the same black screen and "No Signal" if I rebooted the monitor.
I'm not sure what is causing this issue. When I started my computer, it sounded as before I had done anything to it, fan was running, etc, except for the monitor. I have another hard drive attached as well.
