Question Black Screen (no desktop) Windows 10

I was using my laptop and windows shutdown with no warning, when i restarted windows it was stuck in a boot loop.

I the start up repair utility within windows now the computer boots to user account when i put in my password it says preparing windows sits like this for 10 mins then all i get is a black screen.

when i press cntrl alt and delete I get the options to lock, switch account, power off, connet to wifi,

also when i press cntrl shft and esc the task manager starts

system restore isnt turned on so cant restore to earlier date.

system recovery will not reset computer either.

anyone any ideas

what about safe mode? also, can you try a live disk or usb? linux maybe?

safe mode is exact same

its like windows has booted but not showing desktop but black screen .

im currently running everything through the task manager

tried booting from windows 10 usb rebuild BCD didnt help

ran cmd through task manager also

used chkdsk no issues
ran sfc /scannow no issues

tried to rebuild image using DISM didnt fix it either.

im currently running a virus scan in safe mode through task manager
