Hey everyone!
I recently bought a used RX6800XT and after plugging it in my computer it won't show anything but a black screen/no signal so I plugged in my old RX580 since I don't have integrated GPU and turns out my "new" GPU marked with a yellow warning icon and error code 43 in device manager so I tried flashing GPU BIOS, using DDU, reinstalling drivers and using atikmdag. Nothing worked. I rely on your help.

GPU: RX6800XT 16GB and RX580 8GB
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600 3.4GHz-3.75GHz
Motherboard: AsRock B450 Pro-F
Motherboard BIOS Version: 7.40
RAM: 32GB(16x2) G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 2133MHZ CL16
PSU: VINGA VPS-1200PL 1200W 80+ Platinum
OS: Windows 10 Pro 22H2 (19045.5737)
GPU Drivers: AMD Software: Adrenalin edition 25.3.2
Chipset Drivers: I have no idea

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Use GPU-Z and see if any fields are showing zero(0)'s. If so, your GPU is gone. You should RMA the GPU if you yet have warranty on said GPU. You've mentioned that the GPU was bought used, I'd return the GPU/ask for a refund. There's nothing you can do to fix it.

Like this?
Or maybe is there a way to fix the GPU? Re-solder the memory chips or something?

You could ship it to a GPU repair shop but it will cost you a fair amount of money to have it fixed, likely more than what you paid for the card. You would be better to get a refund and buy another one (ideally from another seller).

By the way, it's very easy to get the chipset driver version. Just go to the Windows settings, installed apps and look for AMD Chipset drivers. If you can't find it it's because you don't have any installed and you should fix that if you want the optimal performance from your CPU.

Tried booting it up in safe mode.
Works completely fine.
