Black Screen, No Signal on boot

I am currently trying to build a new computer out of old and new parts but when I try to boot it up I get a black screen and no signal. All the fans and the Motherboard LEDs are working.

CPU: Intel i3-8100 (NEW)
Motherboard: MSI z270 gaming M3 (NEW)
RAM: Balistics, 8GB, 2400MHz, 1.2V, DDR4 (OLD)
CPU cooler: Stock (OLD)
Video Card ASUS GTX 770 (OLD)
Power Supply: APX 750W (OLD)
Hard Drive: old harddrive that I haven't used for 2-3 years so I don't know exacly
Operating System: Windows 7 (The OS that was on the Hard Drive)
Case: Zulman Z9

Currently the only thing connected to the Motherboard is the Power supply, the CPU and the Ram in the second slot yet the screen stays black with no signal. The CPU EZ debug LED quickly flashes on then off, and the RAM LED stays on for about a second or so before turning off, and the Motherboard Speaker stays completely silent.

hum the 8100 series cpu need a z370 board. that is your problem. you have the wrong cpu on the wrong board.

your motherboard only Supports 7th / 6th Gen Intel® Core™ / Pentium® / Celeron® processors for LGA 1151 socket
