So i have no idea what to do next. Computer freezes no mather what I try. Usualy its hard freeze after windows boot, repair also freezes, even windows install from usb. Rarely it gets though the boot and then it has blackscreen of death. I cannot restore, cannot repair, cannot reinstall windows 8.1 pro (original).

So a bit of history. This happened to me some months ago, it seemed like a random chance (1:100) that it booted up, but once it booted it worked without a problem for weeks without restarting or shutting down. All started after a windows update. Then the computer magically fixed itself and I could restart, boot it without a problem. It started again with an update, managed to boot it after 50 tries and disabled updates but was not the same ever since.

What I have tried :
Tested when i managed to get it booted up:
Scaned ssd (0 errors)
Memory test (ran for 8 hours)
Cpu stress test
Gpu stress test
No errors whatsoever
Managed to reinstall windows once same problem appeared with time
Swaped rams
Tried different graphics card
Checked overheating problems (none)

Specs:
Asrock 970extreme r3
Xfx 650w
Powercolor 7950
Fx6300 black edition
2x4gb ram (got to check the brand)
Samsung 840evo ssd 120gb(win8.1)
Hd 500gb (data only)

If any more info is needed pls tell me.
Im realy frustrated

I will try to take everything apart and put it back together in a different case, maybe it does some magic. If everything else fails it must be the motherboard because I have tested it with a spare psu, same freeze/black screen.

Ram seems ok. Tried different slots, and one by one and same problem apears. I suspect its the PSU causing the freeze on startup and windows install, but when it doesnt freeze it goes directly to my next problem and thats the beloved black screen. Cannot fix black screen again coz of my first problem. So im prety much cornered. Will connect a different psu and try it out. Xfx has 5 years warranty so its no big problem but its wierd that such high end Psu would work faulty after just 4-5 months of use.

If thats not the case then it must be the motherboard, lucky me I still got a month of warranty if im not wrong, so hopefully il get a new one, bad side is that I ordered from another country so its going to take 2-3 weeks till I get a one delivered.
