Black Screen of Death Help

Last week I started getting the black screen of death on my pc. It will boot up, then right after the "Starting Windows" screen it goes full black with only my cursor visible. After letting it cycle through reboots and reboots for multiple days, it let me log in a few times but i shut it down to apply changes I made to see if it would fix it. Right now it is sitting in safe mode and I have uninstalled my past few installs that could possibly be the problem. I'm not going to restart it yet as I want to see if there is anything else I should try before taking the risk of restarting again. Do you know what I should do?
