[SOLVED] Black screen on monitor, with green light.

When i turn on my PC, pc boots but monitor is completely black, no picture, or anything. It doesn't even say no signal when i disconnect cables from my pc . But when there is black screen it has green light. Sometimes it works when I'm reconnecting monitor power cable and vga cable. I tried DVI and VGA cables but on VGA cables it starts to work properly a little bit more often. When it finally starts working everything seems okay, screen doesn't shut down by itself for no reason, only when i turn off my pc it goes completely black. It all started a couple of months ago i didn't think much about it because i only needed to replug power cable a couple of times to make it work again , but now i have to spend somewhere around 20 mins just repluging the cables to make it work.
Monitor i have is - Mirai DML-519W100
and my gpu is : Gtx 750 TI

Sounds like a monitor issue. If you have a laptop or another tower, test the monitor with another input source. If problem persists, it's the monitor.
