Question Black screen on start up with "_" symbol in top left corner

Every time I boot my pc, it gives me a black screen with a weird _ symbol in the top left corner, does anyone know how to fix this?

what motherboard is it?
If its gigabyte, have you got latest bios?

I used to get a _ at startup then bios flash screen would appear, and then windows.
Updating bios removed it

It means "BOOT device/disk" not found.
