Black screen, powered, no bios, no post, nothing.

I've tried swapping out the RAM modules to no avail. My PC is an ACER Aspire AXC-603, and I was upgrading the RAM and swapping the hard drive. However, it simply refuses to post, or even beep for that matter. The motherboard appears to be powered, as the CPU fan is running and the CD and HDD drives are working just fine.

Any suggestions to help will be greatly appreciated.

Same thing is happening to me! I want to attempt rebuilding the PC entirely tonight, and I recommend you do this as well. If you don't, I'll let you know if it works.
