[SOLVED] Black screen start up before login screen appears ?

Please see video. Thanks! I don’t recall it doing that before and it doesn’t do that with fast start up enabled.

It's a system self diagnose on boot fast boot bipasses this and boots the PC right away disabled it allows the system to test all components of the system before full boot
