Question Black Screen then Restart while Gaming

As the title says, I am experiencing sudden black screen and restart when gaming. My PC is prebuilt and it's specs isn't the best but this has never happened before. It happens mostly on Destiny 2 or Borderlands 3. Any idea what I should do?

Also, occasionally I see Disk Read Error after rebooting or Ahci port 5 device error.

provide your FULL system specs along with the temperatures your CPU & GPU hit while idle and while in heavy use.
