Question Black screen thinkpad X1 carbon

Hello,

My laptop is a thinkpad x1 carbon 1gen it starts up but the screen remains black impossible to go into the bios and when I press certain keys it beeps. I try to make a clear cmos it doesn't change anything and it does not start directly when I turn it back on, after clear cmos.
and I can't remove the ram it is integrated into the motherboard.

Can you include the SKU/model for your Thinkpad X1? Have you tried removing the storage drive and see if you're met with any error beeps or flashing lights? If the ram is integrated and you don't have any physical slots to add more ram, then it could be that the ram is corrupt.

Another step you could do, is to remove all source of power from the laptop, including the CMOS battery and then press and hold down the power button for 30 seconds. Replug the power adapter and try powering up the laptop.
