black screen when alt+f4 or switch window how to fix it?

how to fix black screen when i leave game using alt+f4 or switch tab with alt+tab it comes black screen and cursor is hidden or something it makes me angry i bought new DCard here is my computer spec pls help me ( sorry about my bad english )

30-40% on gaming i heard someone it can be fixed by comodo firewall buti hope it doesnt help me anyone know about this ?
