Black screen when connected to GPU, GPU fan on 100%

I am having a problem with my GPU.

I was playing a video game (MGSV:TPP) when suddenly the screen went black on both of my monitors and all audio began to stutter. I had to hard reset. When I turned the PC back on, I was met with a black screen, and my GPU's fans were running at full speed.
I then connected my monitor to my motherboard (integrated graphics) via DVI, and still had the black screen. When I tried VGA on my motherboard, however, I received video.
When checking Device Manager, only my integrated graphics would show up. No GPU.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling my GPU drivers, but I can't, as windows does not detect my GPU. I've since removed the GPU as to avoid damage to the fans.

Specs:

CPU: Intel i5 3570k
Heatsink: Corsair H110
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 (EVGA superclocked)
Motherboard- ASUS P8Z77-V LK
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws 2x8 1600 MHz
HDD: WD Black
SSD: Intel 330 series Maple Crest

Make sure Your GPU is Plugged in properly to the PCI-E and The Power connectors Are connected , I would take your GPU out (WHILE PC IS SHUT) and than launch it,Delete your Integrated gpu driver And shut your pc than plug your GPU back in Than launch your pc You could launch it through bios to see if it has loaded And load it through safemode Or you can Just turn on your pc And continue as normal. DO NOT INSTALL CARD WHILE PC IS POWERED. Also make sure video outputs are not damaged on your GPU.

Whenever I try to uninstall the integrated graphics driver, nothing appears to happen. It disappears from the device manager but there is no other sign that the driver has been uninstalled (resolution change, etc.). When I restart the PC, it reappears in the device manager. GPU is still not being detected.

I'm using Windows 10 if that helps.

Update: I disabled Windows 10's automatic downloading and installing of drivers in advanced system settings. Then I uninstalled the Intel drivers again, turned off the PC, and plugged in the GPU. It automatically installed the Intel drivers anyway once I powered up. Though I am still not receiving video from the GPU, the fan speed is under control. Perhaps I should do a clean install of windows. This auto driver update thing screwed up my audio as well.

Update 2: GPU was plugged in, PC suddenly powered off. No crash or anything. Tried to power up, but nothing happened. Removed GPU, and the PC started just fine. This is very strange.

what psu do you have ? it could be Not enough power too The gpu or Your PCI-E Rail is broken/damaged
Update:Maybe The PCI-E Connector on your gpu is Damaged/Broken ,And possibly your Graphics Card Has Just died ,If your fan spins its most likely your pci-e broken since the power connector from the psu powers the fan,Check your Pci-e on mobo and your GPU Pci-e connector
