Question Black Screen When Gaming

Hello.
First of all, I am unable to produce a user benchmark. Server is either full or I get into the ''game'' and have no idea whats going on. Anyways...
I have an issue with my pc when gaming with moderate graphics. What happens when playing with 3840x2160 (or even with lower resolutions), the fan gets noisy, then the screen turns black, and windows 10 crashes. I have to do a hard restart. Sometimes I have to reinstall drivers.

What I have tried is checking the temperature of the graphics card. That's not the issue.

I am currently looking into replacing the motherboard fan because it gets annoyingly loud even when not even requiring much considering the game being launched.

My pc specs:
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600 CPU @ 3.40GHz 3.40 GHz
Installed RAM: 16,0 GB
System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Graphics card: Radeon RX 580 series
Motherboard Asustek, P8H77-M, Rev X.0x

I don't know how to attach a logfile from the event viewer, but here is an example of an error :

All of the crashes are categorized as event ID 41. What is it exactly? Why is this happening?

Thanks in advance.
