Black screen windows 8.1

Hello,
I installed windows 8.1 yesterday , works well,but after restart i couldn't log in because i received a switching screen (black-normal) after 4 switches it remains black.. i can't do anything and hard disk led its alawys red.
After 3 or 4 restarts it works well. I dont understand.
Here are my specs:
CPU:FX 6300
MOBO:ASRock 980DE3/U3S3
GPU:NVIDIA 8600 gts
PSU:Sirtec - High Power Eco II 450W
RAM:4GB
WINDOWS 8.1 PRO

1. Reboot into safe mode with command prompt
2. Delete fntcache.dat from c:\windows\system32
3. Reboot back to windows 8.1. The fntcache.dat file is auto-recreated.

No one of those solutions worked. Its a problem with my graphics driver anyway. When I uninstall vendor driver it starts well after I installed again driver I got black screen again. How to figure this
