Black screen with blinking line at the left corner

When i am starting my pc the motherboard logo is coming but after that the screen goes black and there is a white blinking line at the upper left corner. I made sure that my hdd on which my os is installed is connected and also changed the SATA slots but, again the same thing is happening .
Before restarting my pc i’ve installed windows (re-loader) activator.... is that the reason???

That means OS is buggered and that happens often when trying to do illegal activation on a pirated windows. I don't think you'd get any further help here.
