[SOLVED] black screen with blinking underscore

ok so i have had this problem for a while now and it is starting to annoy me. whenever i start my pc it shows the logo of the asrock logo and the press del to enter bios, after that it shows a black screen with a white blinking underscore and does absolutely nothing. probably about every 10 times i try to start my pc windows actually opens and i can play games or watch netflix etc.

so i have read stuff about it being a issue with booting from a broken harddrive and im like 99.99% sure that aint the issue cuz im using a m.2. ssd (Plextor M9PeG 512GB)

does anyone have a possible reason for why this is happening or maybe even a solution, that would be great.

Type exit when it's at the blinking cursor and if it doesn't boot then yes, it's probably a drive issue, Enter the bios and see if it's even detected.
