Black Screen with Cursor and Loading Icon

Hi!

For the last one or two weeks, my desktop often gets a black screen with only a cursor and a loading icon visible. I can only remember it happening when the Google Chrome browser was running (at least in the background), but I'm not sure if it also happened when Google Chrome was not running. I'm running Windows 10 and there are no updates available for the OS.
Also, Avast Antivirus is running and I have scanned everything several times using the program. There are no external drives connected or anything, so that cannot be the problem for sure. My computer is pretty powerful, so I think it shouldn't be a problem in which it cannot handle the graphics or processes.

Yes, I found the answer by reading the thread and looking for several issues of other users. Although I check for updates before without any available, it actually was a NVIDIA driver which apparently wasn't up to date. After installing the driver to my PC and rebooting it, the problem has not accurred anymore since.
