Question Black screen with GPU connected (Gigabyte GeForce Gtx 1060 Windforce Oc 6GB)

Hello. I'm writing this post because I need help with my PC. I bought it in June, year ago. Everything was fine for two days because when I wanted to turn PC off it started to download Windows Update. It lasted 5-10 minutes and I got black screen for 20 minutes. I turned PC off by power up button. When I tried to turn it on again I had black screen all the time. Next day, I took off CMOS battery and and resetted bios. It was working for next month. Everytime my PC wasn't booting I was just turning it off and on. After 5-10 times of turning it off and on by powerup button everything was ok. Now, from Thursday it's not booting again. Even when I'm using power up button method. It works only with motherboard. GPU coolers works fine but my monitor has orange light all the time. I tried disabling fast boot option, BIOS update and nothing.
GPU: Gigabyte GeForce Gtx 1060 Windforce Oc 6GB
Motherboard: MSI B360M PRO-VDH

Did you try pulling the gpu and using on board graphics to see if starts that way?

No, I just unplugged monitor cable from GPU and plugged in motherboard. Only this method allows me to boot PC normally.

That's what I meant to use on board graphics. SO you have a problem with your gpu then. What psu do you have and the rest of your computer parts also plz.

Ok, they said NTF ( no trouble found). Does it mean that CPU is broken?
