Black Screen (with no Cursor) Problem On Startup

Hi, Today while I was playing videogame my PC crashed(crashing was a problem I was having for a very long time. While playing games sometimes my screen and computer freezes and monitor gets covered with vertical stripes. I always press the reset button to restart the PC when it happens.). After crashing I restarted my PC but after the windows load screen has finished(where its normally says welcome) my screen suddenly becames black and I dont see any cursor or anything.

After having this problem I tried to restart PC in safe mode then opened command prompt and typed "chkdsk" then restarted PC but it didn't work plus it even caused freezing during loading safe mode as well. After this I again restarted the PC then tried to do "System Repair" and "System Reboot" sadly both gave errors but somehow after this when i restarted PC i could enter the Safe Mode. After entering Safe Mode second time I again opened the command prompt then typed "sfc /scannow" then restarted the PC but it didn't work as well.

  AMD FX-Series X6 6100 SixCore 3.3 GHz 14MB
  
  OS : Windows 7 64 bit(I know 🙁 I regret that i didnt upgrade to Win 10 yet It's just because of my lazyness.)
  
  

Yesterday I upgraded the AMD driver but I restarted the PC couple of times after that and it was totally working fine.

so what can I do to fix this problem?

I would check that HDD properly, like with HD sentinel for instance or you could download test program from it's manufacturer. It might have some bad or moved sectors and lost part of GPU driver.
