Question Black squares appearing in games, need help/fix! GPU/Monitor issue?

Buddy of mine has been playing the new CoD MW and he gets this issue, either a graphics or monitor issue I'm not sure. Black squares constantly overtake his screen and he cant see anything in game. Always black squares/rectangles, I think a few weeks before it was smaller squares but now its just the large ones that overtake the screen and make it unplayable. (they were smaller before the newest update to CoD, got bigger with new update; this issue also happens with another game, Squad.). I'm thinking its a monitor issue maybe? Lmk what info will help.

Graphics are up to date.
PC Specs: RTX 2060, AMD Ryzen 5 2600 six core processor, 16gb ram, 1920x1080 60hz monitor (sceptre brand)

Try to run some differents games and it the problem persists, try with the iGPU from the CPU by connecting the monitor directly to the motherboard, not from the gpu . Does it occures on every games ?
If it stays, swap the monitor. You'll know if it's gpu or monitor related.
