I read another thread but heat is not my issue im only at 35c just idling using a browser

Ya, the new NVidia driver update hit me like that too, the only solution that I know of, and the solution sux by the way, is to turn off hardware acceleration in your browser. If you come across another solution in your travels, be sure to update this thread so that I can do it. Running Chrome without hardware acceleration sux.

Hey!

What you see is usually an internet issue; the gif or video is being compressed, so you can still see it without interruption. While it can be annoying, it's better than staring at a streaming symbol. Also if you do want to view it in high resolution, as you have said, just wait for it to replay a couple times. If anything, check your internet connection; a very slow one should be the cause of these isssues. If you sit far away from the router, it can also be another problem. Recheck your internet, and if it is decent (8mbps+), then there could be further problems.
