Black strips at both ends of monitor

Hello everyone,
I've been experiencing this problem for a while now,Sometimes I get this error and sometimes I don't.I can't possibly understand what is wrong.

Here's the super easy fix.
-Go to your desktop
-Right click the background
-Click resolution or display settings, or whatever it says(I'm in Windows 10 so I can't check)
Now there should be an option to change your resolution, that it what you want to change. Just click that and select whatever Windows 8 recommends, or whatever fits your screen.

I did that long ago,but still no improvement.

UPDATE:I just had to reset the monitor settings and everything came back to its normal way
