Blacklight: Retribution defaulting to Integrated Card

Hello, I have 2 graphics cards in my laptop. I have an integrated Intel card and a dedicated ATI card. I pretty much keep it on the dedicated card at all times, unless I'm watching a tv show in bed or something that doesn't require much power and I don't want it to get too hot. Anyway, I recently downloaded Blacklight: Retribution. I noticed I was only getting 20 fps even though "CanYouRunIt" said I exceeded the recommended specs (and I heard from friends it doesn't take too much to run.) I can run Skyrim on medium-high settings and get at least 40-50 fps at all times as well. I can also see in game it says something about my intel card (I checked again and it wasn't there, but either way I know it's using my integrated card). How can I make it so the game runs on my dedicated card?
Any and all help appreciated!

Edit: Oh and there's no option in game to change it, by the way.

Hmm I'm not seeing that... when I right click, this is what I get:

Maybe it's just an Nvidia thing? :/
(doesn't work when I right click on the .exe either)

I have CCC but it's no help. I also have a "switchable graphics" option when I right click my desktop, and it's set to high performance. Every other game I go on uses my ATI card as well.
