[SOLVED] Blackscreen/Bluescreen when mixing ram

Hello,

Old RAM (Corsair Vengeance):
16GB 3000MHZ

New RAM (Corsair Vengeance):
32GB 3600MHZ

I have plugged all of them into the correct slots, however, when I ever want to load my pc I would get a black screen for so long or the computer will infinitely restart on the boot and if I am lucky it will manage to get past the boot but will eventually get a bluescreen at the lock screen when trying to login.

Things I have tried:
*Match the speed, I have enabled XMP and set the RAM speed to 3000MHZ
*I set the voltage to 1.35
*Not sure if I have done this correctly but I have set the timings of the rams to auto
*I have also removed the CMOS battery

Some RAM sticks will never work together no matter what you do.
