Blackscreen on startup

Hi, everytime i start up my pc it is a black screen for 20 seconds, i have to restart explorer.exe through task manager... It has never happened before.. Just happened randomly. Thanks for help. ( I do see the cursor )

Everytime i start my pc there is just a black screen for 20 seconds. I have to restart explorer.exe to be able too see my background.

see if that key is okay.

Malware seems to be another option for the explorer not working.Check with your antivirus and mbam for malware if the registry is okay.
