Hey there,

I would like to ask, if there is any solution to fix this? I have ASUS Prime RTX 5080, but with overclocking i am struggle with Core voltage maximum at 1.045, which is sadly low for overclocking. I tried also other biosses (Zotac,PNY,ASTRAL) nothing changed. Everything ends same. I am using MSI Afterburner, no change in limit voltage if i "Lock" on curve settings.

I am lost, is this just locked or do i miss something?

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original to build, new, refurbished, used)?

Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, how full?

List all attached peripherals.

Nvidia has had the voltages locked down since the 10 series if I remember correctly. They moved all the BIOS tools to an online platform that gives them veto power over any OEM that tries to exceed Nvidia specs.

That is why hardcore overclockers moved to shunt mods to increase power instead, or do direct take over of the VRMs and set their own voltages via I2C or SPI (I forget which protocol is being used)

Better cooling will get you better boost bins. If you aren't into physical modding, best to spend your money on superior cooling with a water block and everything needed to get that going.

Okay, my rig is :

CPU : AMD Ryezn 9 9950X3D
MB : ASUS B650E-F Gaming
CPU Cooler : Arctic liquid freezer 360
GPU : ASUS Prime RTX 5080
PSU : Corsair RM1000x
SSD: Samsung 990 Pro NVMe 4TB
RAM : 2x 48GB 6000MHz

Everything is new except RAM and SSD.

I will try maybe do a better cooling with conductonaut, but i lose probably warranty, because there is a void if removed on the screw. So this is last option for me. I would try every possible software thing, before i try to make better cooling. :)
