will it be able to play smooth on 720p or 1080p since my monitor is 21.5 inch

That game looks super pretty. Also considering it's an mmo and probably will have a bunch of people on screen at once, that's too many things to render for that video card. I say Tweaked medium-high for a solid 60 at 1080p. But the game isn't even out yet so who knows.

It's out for Eastern world, but asians gives no feedback , my main concern was CPU and MB since i will need to add 80$ for i5 4460 and same MB.
