Blank console screen when booting

I just built a new pc but when I start it up, I get a blank console screen.

Is your computer booting the proper drive? (the one that has the operating system)

I don't get to that screen. Just as soon as i press the power button the ASUS logo pops up then that

nvm i had the wrong psu cpu connector in since mine is only 4 pin
