Blank screen on boot. After 30ish seconds fan goes wild

I've encountered a problem with my pc turning it on first time after 2 months. The monitor stays blank and doesnt show anything at all. The lamp on monitor stays orange. After 30 seconds fan near psu goes wild. I've tried plugging monitor to other computer and it worked. Also tried different gpu and it still didnt work. I tried removing cmos battery but that didn't help either any suggestions?

Any chance you can try a different PSU?

Nah sadly don't have a psu to try with. Also my psu is kind of a weird shape so replacing it would be hard
