Blank screen on turn on.

Hi. Few days ago while i was on my pc (youtube if i recall well) my pc sudenly dramaticly slowed down, needed 30-40 sec to do simple task as open my computer or anything similar. I have turned it off (needed to go so had no time to check what was wrong) and 3-4h later when i tryed to turn it on, It does turn on but displays nothing I seen fans running on cpu graphic card and PSU. I did take out battery, tryed to unsocket re-socket RAM and reconected all cabels. After few try's it stoped turning on completly and after i removed and returned cabels again it started turning again (still no display). I got my long awaited new Motherboard and CPU (ordered then some 3weeks ago) and it gives same results with it (still need to replace RAM as I had DDR2 and new ones are DDR3). So pls anyone know could actual problem be my PSU? Or it could run normaly when i get my RAM.

I' am sorry for my bad English its my 2nd language i' am still trying to learn.

Sounds like your RAM sticks have gone bad. It's typical for no display to show when you have no / bad RAM sticks. Get those replaced ASAP.
