Blank screen, successful POST(single beep) in Computer

Today I tried switching on my PC and found this(yesterday it was running fine):
1. Switch on -> Single BEEP(Successful POST)
2. LED shows life (but Black screen): like its receiving some signal but nothing to show.

Tried resetting RAM/ GPU/ Clear CMOS. Removed everything and set one by one using Beep codes.

Can it be due to my Graphics Card(NVDIA GTX 1050) is dead or it's HDMI port is dead?
or my PSU(corsair 450) is not able to give enough power?

I would check the PSU voltages with a meter after you start it up and it's just sitting there with the black screen. This will either tell you it's the PSU or not and it's free.
