Question Blender 4.4.3 don't want to open

the application won't open even though it has been tried many times. and there is no error notification at all. downloaded from steam. the gpu driver is the latest. help me fix this. thank you.

device specifications:
(Asus X415UA laptop)
- AMD Ryzen 5 5500U
- IGPU radeon Vega 7 512 MB
- 16GB DDR4 1600 MHz (2X8 GB)
- 500 GB Samsung NVME gen. 3

I suspect you have a dependency issue. Is Windows fully up to date?

Have you run DISM and SFC to ensure Windows is healthy?

Did previous versions of Blender work properly?

Have you scanned this system for malware recently?

- my windows 10 is up to date.
- no errors found while checking DISM, SFC, or even chkdsk.
- the previous version (4.3) works properly.
- i just did quick scan and nothing detected.

Did you install as administrator, not just as a user with admin rights?

there is no "run as administrator" option when i right click the installation. but user account control did pop up to ask.
