Question Blinking amber/orange light

I have an ASUS ROG STRIX Z270I GAMING and there is an amber/orange light blinking. I have tried 2 sets of ram and 2 different psu but it still is not booting or responding to anything. Just the blinking light. You can kind of hear a tick when you power on also. Is it possible the mb has go e bad or a capacitor or is this possibly even the cpu? Please help friends

Is it the third or fourth light that is lit up? Third is yellow I think and the fourth red.
