Hello Guys, a strange phenomenon appeared in my latest build, I would like to ask some advice. I have some experience with pc building, but I didn't see similar earlier.

Config:
Asus prime prime z690 d4 motherboard ,
i5 12600k cpu,
EVGA 650W g3-as supernova PSU
16gb kingston ddr4 ram from the qvl list
msi gtx 1080
1TB 980pro m.2
in a be quite purebase 500 case

I assembled them properly, everything its own place, PLED PWRBTN on their proper pins. Win11 installed at first, driver, etc done. Temps, clocks are ok.
Under load everything works just fine and Battlefield 2042 runs well.

However, after the system is turned on, the power LED is blinking continuously. Asus suggested to re-install vga or cpu, I tried it, but it didn't help.

What could be the error?

Thank you in advance.

Hey guys, I figured out the problem!!! As I found that that the bios/uefi not available when I started the system with connected a monitor to the dedicated vga, bios was only available if I was connected to the integrated graphics. I searched the internet with these key words and I found this video(link below), where the guy explained that I have to upgrade the firmware of the VGA. I have been done it and now the bios is reachable with dedicated vga and the blinking power button is gone, now it is lighting continously as it have to properly.

No speaker unfortunatelly, but I noticed that may the blinking means that I cannot go to bios wihtout a directly connected monitor to the motherboard instead of the dedicated GPU. Which is true, I can only get to the bios if I use the motherboard hdmi or dp.

If I start the system with monitor connected to the motherboard the Power LED is no longer blinking.
However, I am not able to disable this function, so if I use dedicated GPU the blinking power LED comes back again ?

🙁 well ok you dont need a speaker bcz there is buzzer in the mobo and it only makes a beep sound, and if there isnt any, then it will indicate using the light

consider checking your PSU (power supply unit)

btw is the led inside the pc or the power led outside it
