Hello everyone,

I need to block websites such as Facebook, Youtube, and other social media sites on specific computers in my office but I don't want to deny them the luxury of using those sites during lunch breaks and after 5 pm. I'd really prefer using the host file when blocking sites because not a lot of people in my office knows about it. I tried using applications and softwares that block sites but softwares like that can be tricked by changing the time and date settings on the computer.

For a while I've only been using "127.0.0.1 (+domain)" to block sites via host file, is there any way to block sites using the host file on a time based method?

I also have an EdgeRouter Lite which I use to monitor the data traffic in my office; I'm still trying to figure out how to use this so I don't really know how to block the sites (on specific IP/PC) using it.

Oh man. Well, that sucks. Guess I'll have to use the CLI on my Edge Router. Still trying to see if there's a time parameter for it on Edge. Thanks for the response.
