I just installed a new LG Blu-Ray Player in a new computer. LG HL-DT-ST BD-RE WH16NS40. When I press the button to open the drawer the blue light flashes a few times and nothing happens (won't open). I tried opening the drawer with a paper clip and loaded a disc to see if it would self start. again the blue light flashed a few times and nothing happened. This Blu-Ray player was sold bundled with software CyberLink Media Suite 10 for Blu-Ray, I loaded the software to see if it helped and it didn't. The computer shows that it's there when you look at "Device Manager" and when you look at "This PC". I don't know why it won't work, not even opening the drawer. Please advise.
