Blue pixels 'Dead pixels' on screen please help

Hello guys
I have been using my 32 inches Samsung tv as my main monitor for the past 5-6 years and a few weeks ago a few blue pixels appeard in my screen .It was only a few at first so i didnt bother but day by day they would make a circle and move to the right making a straight line .So im wondering can i fix it or should i go buy a new one .
