Question Blue screen after ram upgrade

Hey guys , i got 4 gb stick and bought another one, now i have 8 gb , now after turning on the pc , blue screen came , i heard that u need to set the voltage ,and timing etc , how to do this ? And is it true?
( Note : i put the ram stick on another motherboard but same cpu , and happened the same )

Im sorry for the late reply , my spec
Xeon 3460
Gtx 1050 ti
6 gb ram
And yes i purchased it , im not very good with pc
But when i put the ram 4 gb to slot 2 , go to my computer say 8 gb ( 3.99) usable
When i put it slot 1 go to my computer say 8 gb fully
But after that blue screen
I tried to go to play some games
I start pubg something pop up * memory could not read .....* Than blue screen
