I have
Windows 7 64-bit
Intel Core i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8 CPUs), ~3,4GHz
Memory 8192 ram

Graphic Card
Nvidia GeForce GTX 760
Total Memory 4038 MB
----------------------------------
I have 8GB of ram and wanted to have 16gb to help me run games better. This is the ram I bought
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233378
And this is my old ram
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233180

Same ram, but different color and GB.

I turned off my computer and then I removed the old ram and put the new one in the same way.
My computer started up and told me press f1 and f2 to continue or use default setting. I tried to continue and then it went to desktop, but after a few seconds it gave me a blue screen (I will show pictures).

I then rebooted my computer and now I am stuck in a endless reboot and my computer wanting to fix the issue. I tried the repair option it gave me, but it did not fix it. I will also post a video of this issue.

I switch back to my old ram that should of been working perfectly, but now I have the same issue. I can go into bios, but I have no idea what to do. I thought ram upgrade was plug in play.

Please help what do I do?

Check first that you haven't dislodged anything else while putting in the RAM. Check for any loose connectors.
Make sure the RAM slots are clean and the RAM is firmly in the slot.
If the board has more than two slots, there will be a recommended placement for two dimms. These may be colour coded. Check the manual.
Download memtest86+ and burn to a CD. Boot from the CD and test your memory.

I put my ram just like how it was when it was working, slot 1 and slot 3. I just do not understand why it does not work like before if I put my old ram back in.

And the slots for the ram are all black.

My computer was working fine before I did the ram changed.

As I've mentioned above, you may have knocked something else in the PC.
If you're really unlucky, it may even be a cracked track in your motherboard.
Look for anything out of place or not connected properly.

To check which slots you should be using, check your motherboard manual.
If you don't have the paper one, it should be available online.
