Can any body help to downgrade the bios version.
I tried to do it aftet install windows 10. (but I couldn't boot windows 7) but that also fails.
I want to install windows 7. Because windows 10 is very slow in this laptop Lenovo b50.

A blue screen before safe mode menu? I've been working with Windows since 1994 and that includes 10.5 years at Microsoft. I don't see how that is possible because it seems your PC is crashing before the nt-kernel is loading (if what you describe is accurate).

Try this:

If that doesn't work, then remove the disk from the laptop and run disk repair on it. (chkdsk /f/r)

Can you still access the bios by pressing fn-f2 as the computer is powering up(it says thats the keys, it might be something else though). If not, it still may be possible to do a recovery flash on the bios. Though, it will take some walking through
