the second crash was also a access violation in the windows kernel cause by
Catalyst Control Center call (amd software for the graphics card) (older graphics drivers though Thu Mar 28 18:09:45 2013 )

the first one was just a AMD video driver getting a access denied error because it attempted to read from a bad address.
the time stamp on the file was
atikmdag.sys Fri Jan 31 12:24:44 2014
atikmpag.sys Fri Jan 31 11:28:51 2014
AtihdW76.sys Thu Dec 19 19:15:49 2013

there are 3 drivers for your graphics card, it looks like you might have drivers from two different builds. The graphic driver sound support driver
AtihdW76.sys looks like it is from a older build. (i would uninstall or disable it in the control manager device manager for high definition sound support. It is used for HDMI and display port sound to the speakers in your monitor if you have any.

You can uninstall them by looking for the catalyst installation in Add/Remove Programs and Features in the Control Panel, just remove the whole lot and re-install from the latest drivers for your card from the manufacturers website, that is one of the best ways to ensure that you have removed all of the old drivers
