Hello, recently when i was playing a game my toe was shocked by my pc case, after that it crashed and gave me a blue screen. i was so scared. Now whenever i boot my computer it 1.) Blue screens 2.) Restarts 3.) it boots normally, but this happens every time. please help

wait, what?

What are specs of PC? That sounds fairly dangerous, case shouldn't be powered up? Who built PC?

More concerned about case being electrified. What power supply is it? Hate to get killed by own PC...

If you don't have the file axe0 referred too, have a look in C:\windows, show hidden files and find memory.dmp and upload it as suggested above.

Are the BSOD you are getting WHEA errors?

I can't get into my pc

Sorry I forgot to update you. It will not boot now. The furthest i get is the automatic repair screen

Wow this sure is a curious issue.

I have a few questions.

1) Did you install standoffs behind the motherboard?

2) Did you route any wires between the motherboard and the case where it screws in? Never let wires touch the boards.

3) Does your case have sharp edges? If so, it may have cut a wire.

4) If there are any wires that you are not using, please remove them from the system if you can remove them from the power supply. If you cannot remove them from the power supply, please wrap the ends in plastic and zip tie them somewhere where they won't touch metal or circuit boards.
